Pre Orders | Terms of agreement

The purchase of an item/s available for pre order constitutes as consent and agreement to the terms listed below. See our full Terms of service here.

Product depiction and description:

Images, photos and renders displayed on the product page are for reference only and do not necessarily reflect the physical attributes of the final product. Images could be early prototypes, concepts or working prototypes and may be changed or updated from time to time.

Multi component assembly products may be shown that are not a part of the order unless specified in the description. Descriptions may be edited on occasion to better detail the product or if any changes occur to the design during production.

Time line and fulfillment:

MADEXPRO™ reserves the right to indefinitely extend the listed or communicated fulfillment date with the intent to accommodate any delays that may arise internally or externally inhibiting the production and shipment of all orders to ensure no compromise to the quality of the intended product/s.

MADEXPRO™ will do everything reasonably within its capacity to fulfill orders by the listed or estimated fulfillment date that does not cause any detriment to its operation or longevity. These dates remain subject to any delays that may arise internally or externally beyond its control inhibiting the production and shipment of all orders.

Multi component assembly products may ship separately on different dates with out notification to the customer at the discretion of MADEXPRO™.

Refunds and cancellations:

All requests for refunds and cancelations of pre order sales are subject to forfeit of the deposit payed, including taxes. (Delivery cost payed will be refunded if unshipped.)

We do not accept any returns after fulfillment of an order unless under warranty at this time.

Guarantee:

MADEXPRO™ will deliver your pre order to the best of its capabilities in full according to the terms of agreement. In the event MADEXPRO™ determines a cancelation or closure in the development of a product available for pre order, a full refund will be issued to the purchasing client in 90 days past publication or private contact of the project closure .
